Not reliably. The 17173 page linked by players is a useful China-server map reference, but this exact URL is the Qinchuan map. We found no Hangzhou entry in its current region list. Use it for its existing regions only, and avoid calling it a Jiangnan map until the provider adds and labels Hangzhou.
